Your whole business, one chat away. Your own Airut, one chat away.

Airut answers your customers in the chat apps they already use: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email and your website. In their language, at any hour, from what you've given it. Airut works within the limits you set. When it doesn't know something, it asks you, then remembers the answer, so every question makes it faster and more reliable.

An agent that gets things done for you, with its own tools, in the chat you already use. It's next.

Why Airut

Every business is told it needs an AI agent. Almost none can trust one.

They make up facts when they don't know, and can't show where an answer came from. Airut is built the other way round: MDIL, the Finnish engine underneath, decides what may be said from what you've given it, and the AI model only puts it into words. Three things follow.

Trust

An agent you can trust.

Whatever language your customer writes in, every answer has to quote your own material, and Airut checks that quote before anything goes out. No quote, no answer: it asks you, then passes your reply on.

Reach

An agent that talks to your customers.

It answers your customers for you, in their chat and their language, and tells them it's an AI. When a person has to answer, you or your team step in, right in the same chat.

Learns

It asks you less the longer it runs.

Every answer you give, it keeps. The next time someone asks, it sends your saved answer at once, word for word, with no AI model writing it.

If you can write a sentence, you can make an Airut. It asks only about what's missing.

How it works

Simple on the outside. Organised on the inside.

You only ever chat. Behind your chat sits your Portal: your own private space where Airut keeps what you give it. From there, Airut builds one assistant for each job or each location you name.

  1. 1

    One chat.

Your customers write where they already are: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email, Telegram or the chat on your website. You and your team run it all from the chat app you already use, Slack and Teams included. No app to install, and a Portal page whenever you want to see everything.

  2. 2

    Your own Portal.

Your private space for what Airut may use: your website, files, price lists and rules. Send them in the chat as a link, a PDF or a photo, or add them on your Portal page. Connect your mail and calendar with one tap. Only what you allow gets in.

  3. 3

    One sentence makes an Airut.

Airut reads what's in your Portal and sets itself up. You don't have to train it. It asks you only when something is missing or unclear.

  4. 4

    Many Airuts. One Portal.

Each Airut does one job or runs one location, with only the information, saved answers, rules and people you gave it. Your main Airut works across all of them and steps in when a question falls between them.

One conversation

What it knows, it answers. What it doesn't, it asks you.

A guest asks Café Kaneli something nobody wrote down. Watch where the question goes. Café Kaneli is the example from our film.

Her saved answer, word for word

Every answer teaches it. Prices or plans change? Say so in one sentence and the saved answer changes with it, or take it back with one tap. Want it stricter? One setting makes it answer only with her saved answers and send everything else to her.

Teams and locations

Built for a whole team, not just the owner.

Two cafés, four hotels, six workshops or five clinics: each runs its own Airut, all in one Portal, and every question reaches the people who can answer it.

One Airut per location.

Each location gets its own Airut with its own hours, saved answers and rules. What's the same everywhere, you say once in your Portal, and every location knows.

The right people get the question.

A question one Airut can't answer goes to that Airut's people: the Algarve hotel's front desk, the Kreuzberg workshop, the clinic on the corner. Their answer goes straight back to the customer, in the same chat.

Your own team.

Each colleague gets their own chat with your Airut, in WhatsApp, Slack or Teams. They answer customers from it, and ask it things themselves: who opens on Sunday, the warranty process for a motor, which client files VAT monthly.

You choose who approves.

Approve everything yourself, or let each store manager approve answers and change rules for their own Airut. Everyone else answers within what was approved.

See and review everything.

Every conversation and every saved answer is in your Portal. Read what was said, see where each answer came from, and change or take back any saved answer.

Connect your own systems.

Your mail, your calendar, or your own systems through webhooks, an API or MCP. Each connection waits for your one tap, and the AI never sees a password.

Use cases

One Airut for every job. Each with only what it needs.

For business

Restaurants, cafés and bars

“Table for 6 on Friday evening?”

Bookings, menus, allergies and tonight's music, answered in your words.

Hotels and stays

“Can I check in at 23:00?”

Check-in, parking, breakfast, spa and transfers, in every guest's language, at every property.

Shops and online brands

“Is this serum safe for sensitive skin?”

Products, ingredients, sizes and returns, from your own pages and from the systems you connect.

Workshops and trades

“Is my car ready?”

Prices, service areas and opening hours answered at once. “Can someone come today?” goes to the right person, and the answer comes back in the same chat.

Clinics and offices

“Do you take new patients?”

Opening hours, prices and what to bring, from what you approved. Anything medical or personal goes to your staff, by your own rule.

Events, venues and cities

“Is tonight's show still on?”

Doors, tickets, line-ups, what's on and how to get there, the moment you post it.

For you Upcoming

The personal side is next: one agent with its own tools, in one chat, and an Airut of your own.

Errands

“Find a plumber who can come today.”

It searches, reads the pages and brings back names, numbers and hours, each with its source.

Reminders

“Remind me to call mum on Sunday at 18.”

Said once in the chat, kept until it's done.

Plans

“What's on in Tampere this weekend?”

It checks what's on and how to get there.

Your own Airut

“Answer my guests' questions about the cottage.”

An Airut of your own, answering others for you from your words.

You stay in control

It runs on its own. You decide how much.

Full auto, or involve me.

By default it gets on with it and asks only when something is missing or unclear. Prefer to approve every new answer? Say so, and it waits for your yes. Or let it answer only with answers you've saved.

Your rules, in your words.

“Never guess about allergies.” It refuses in your exact words and offers what you chose instead, like calling you. A rule written in Finnish holds for a question asked in Swedish.

Your voice, in every language.

Tell it how you speak: formal or relaxed, Sie or du, brief or warm. It answers each customer in their own language and still sounds like you. Saved answers go out in your words.

Change it in a sentence.

“Kitchen closes at ten from today.” Write it in your chat, and every Airut that needs it knows.

Say it once.

“Tonight's live music is cancelled.” Customers who ask hear it at once, and it expires by itself.

Nothing big without your tap.

Connecting your mail or calendar, adding a colleague, any purchase it makes for you: each waits for your one tap. Every change is kept, and anything can be put back.

How it learns

It asks you less the longer it runs.

An Airut learns from every question. Once you've answered, it sends your saved answer by itself the next time: instantly, word for word, with no AI model writing it. Only new questions need the AI model, or you.

Your most trusted answers are also your fastest, and it gets cheaper to run the longer it runs. Every euro gets far more work done.

What it means for your business

Works with what you already use.

No new platform to move to. Airut works from your chat apps, your website and your files, and connects to your mail, your calendar and your own systems.

Because every answer quotes your own words,
you can put it in front of real customers.
Because it answers at the moment of decision,
customers don't wait until you're free.
Because it lives in the chat apps your customers already use,
one chat holds everything, from the first question to the follow-up.
Because it handles the repeated questions,
your team stops answering the same thing all day.
Because every answer you keep is reused,
it asks you less as your business grows.
Because every question is a signal,
you see what customers can't find on your website.

Built to be trusted

Where messages go, and who sees them.

Into your own Portal, on sovereign European servers. You and your team read them; nobody at Airut does. ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001 are in process. And your customers always know they're talking to an AI.

Sovereign European servers

Built in Finland and run on sovereign European servers, under GDPR, with your rights under it.

ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001

The international standards for managing AI and for information security: both in process.

No quote, no answer

Before an answer goes out, Airut checks that it quotes something you gave it. If it doesn't, nothing is sent: the customer hears it's being checked, and you're asked.

Nobody at Airut reads your chats

You and your team do. Nobody at Airut does: that's our policy, and if our staff ever had to look, it would be logged and you would be told.

Your own Portal

Every business gets its own Portal, with its own data and keys. One business never reaches another. The AI never sees a password.

You can see why

Every answer can be traced to the fact, the saved answer or the message from you that it came from.

Questions

What people ask before they join.

Is Airut a chatbot?

It chats, yes. The difference: it answers from what you gave it, every answer quotes your own words, and when it can't answer, it asks you or your team and remembers the reply.

Does it make things up?

It's built not to. Every answer has to quote your own material, and Airut checks that quote before anything is sent. No quote, no answer: the customer hears it's being checked, and you're asked. Want it stricter? Let it answer only with answers you've saved.

Do I have to train it?

No. Tell it in one sentence what you need, like “answer our booking questions”. Airut reads what you've given it, such as your website, price list, hours and files, sets itself up, and asks you only when something is missing or unclear. Prefer to approve everything? Say so.

Which chat apps does it work in?

Where your customers already write: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email, Telegram and the chat on your website. You and your team run it from the chat app you already use, Slack and Teams included.

How do customers find it?

They write to you where they always do. You can also share your Airut's link or QR code: on your website, in your social bio, on the door or the table.

Do my customers know it's an AI?

Yes. Airut tells them it's an AI. When a question needs a person, you or your team step in, right in the same chat.

Will it sound like us, in every language?

Yes. Tell it how you speak, formal or relaxed, Sie or du, and it answers each customer in the language they write in, in your voice. Your rules hold in every language, and saved answers go out in your words.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Add colleagues in one sentence, or invite them with a link. Each gets their own chat with your Airut, answers customers from it and asks it things themselves. You choose who can approve answers: just you, or every manager for their own location.

What if nobody answers right away?

The customer is told it's being checked, and nothing is promised. The question goes to you and your team, and whoever answers, the reply reaches the customer right in their chat.

Can it book tables or take orders?

It passes booking and order requests to you or your team and brings your answer back to the customer. Connect your calendar, and it can see when you're free. What each Airut may do is your call, and it never promises what it wasn't told it could.

Can it use my own systems?

Yes. Connect your mail and calendar, or your own systems through webhooks, an API or MCP, and your Airut can answer from them. Every connection waits for your one tap, and the AI never sees a password.

Can I see what it said?

Yes. Every conversation and every saved answer is in your Portal: read what was said, see where each answer came from, and change or take back any saved answer.

Where do messages go, and who reads them?

Into your own Portal, apart from every other business's, on sovereign European servers, under GDPR. You and your team read them. Nobody at Airut does: that's our policy, and if staff ever had to look, it would be logged and you would be told. ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001 are in process. You can ask us to erase your data any time.

What does it cost?

Our aim is simple: every euro gets far more work done. Saved answers cost almost nothing to send, so it gets cheaper to run the longer it runs, and with your own AI key the saving is yours. Nothing is charged without your yes.
